Who we are
Be still, and know that I am God. — Psalm 46:10
Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. — Psalm 37:4
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations...” — Matthew 28:19
Selah Retreats was birthed in the stillness after the fire.
After a season of deep refining—where everything familiar was stripped away—God met me in the quiet. It was there, in the ashes, that I began to hear Him clearly. A desire stirred in my heart, one I knew wasn't mine alone, but placed there by the Lord. A call to create sacred space for women to pause, to be still, and to reconnect with Him—fully, honestly, and wholeheartedly.
The word Selah is found throughout the Psalms. Though scholars don’t agree on one definition, many believe it means to pause, to lift up, or an instrumental break—a moment to let truth sink deep. That’s the heart of this retreat: to create a Selah moment in your life. A holy pause where you can catch your breath, listen for God's voice, and align your heart with His will.
As you read this, our very first Selah Retreat has already taken place—a beautiful, Spirit-filled gathering of women who came with open hearts and left forever changed. And now, maybe you're here because your heart is stirring too. Maybe you're ready for your own Selah moment.
This is more than just a weekend away.
It’s about freedom, deliverance, and healing.
A sacred space to lay it all down, rise up renewed, and walk boldly in the calling God has placed on your life.
We believe in the Great Commission—that each of us is called to go, to share, and to shine His light in the world. Selah is not the end of the story—it’s the pause before the sending.
We can’t wait to welcome you.
