Our Retreats
Selah Retreats are sacred spaces created for women to step away from the noise of everyday life and draw closer to the heart of God. Rooted in Psalm 46:10 — “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” — our retreats are built around the power of pausing: to breathe, to listen, to heal, and to receive.
Each retreat is prayerfully designed to help women find rest not only for their bodies, but for their souls. Through a blend of faith, fitness, community, and quiet, we create an atmosphere where women can release burdens, rediscover their identity in Christ, and realign with God’s will for their lives.
Our time together includes:
Daily devotionals, worship, and biblical teaching
Movement sessions, including HYROX-inspired workouts, hiking adventures, and functional training tailored to all levels
Soul-nourishing meals and stillness in nature
Intentional rest: massages, journaling, quiet mornings, and time to simply be
Workshops centered on healing, freedom, and purpose
A deeply rooted community of like-hearted women walking in faith
We travel to breathtaking, God-created destinations for a reason: because He is exalted in the earth. The mountains, oceans, jungles, and wide-open skies remind us of His majesty and help us realign with His presence. When we step into His creation, we quiet the world long enough to truly hear His voice.
We believe in the rhythm of Selah—a holy pause. While the exact meaning of the word remains a mystery, many understand it to mean to pause, to lift up, or to exalt in reflection. That’s exactly what these retreats are: intentional pauses where women are invited to lay everything down, hear God clearly, and rise up healed and renewed.
Whether you come weary, curious, or expectant—you are welcome.
This is about freedom. Deliverance. Healing.
This is about stepping into the life God has been preparing for you all along—
in the stillness, in the beauty, and in His exalted name.
UPCOMING TRIPS
Montana 2025 - SOLD OUT
Why Montana?
Montana has always been a place I dreamed of visiting. The wild, untouched beauty... the vast skies... the kind of quiet that speaks straight to the soul. So when I began planning this retreat, I couldn’t help but think, what better way to experience it than together—with other women seeking the same kind of stillness, wonder, and presence of God?
We’ll be hiking the Highline Trail—a once-in-a-lifetime adventure tucked into the heart of Glacier National Park. It’s a breathtaking journey through alpine ridges, wildflower meadows, and glacier-carved valleys. But it’s more than just a hike. It’s a chance to experience the majesty of God through creation, side by side with a like-minded community of women—each of us bringing our own stories, our own weariness, and our own hope for renewal.
And while Montana might sound like an extravagant destination, we’ve made this experience accessible and affordable by sharing it in community. Through group lodging, shared meals, and planned experiences, we’re able to offer something that would typically cost thousands—without sacrificing depth, beauty, or quality.
And here's where it gets Godronic (God + ironic = Godronic 😄):
We’re staying in a small, peaceful town called Coram. I had no idea when we booked it, but Coram is derived from the Latin phrase Coram Deo, which means “in the presence of God.” And if that wasn’t enough to give us chills—one of the women attending the retreat had already been journaling and praying for months in a notebook titled Coram Deo, completely unaware that this would be our destination.
Coincidence? Not a chance.
It’s just another reminder that God is in every detail—writing a story that’s bigger and more beautiful than we could ever plan ourselves.
Italian Dolomites - September 2026
Bali, Indonesia - June 2026
Why Bali?
When most people think of Bali, they picture paradise—and they’re not wrong. With its white sand beaches, lush jungles, volcanic mountains, and rich cultural beauty, it’s truly a bucket-list destination. But for us, this retreat is about more than just beautiful scenery. It’s about experiencing adventure with intention—resting, serving, and spreading the Good News side by side with a sisterhood of like-minded women.
Our Bali retreat blends purpose and play. It’s a chance to step away from the routine and step into something deeper—a calling to live boldly for Christ, even in the most unexpected places.
Ahead of the trip, we’ll identify local food drives, clinics, or community projects where we can lend a hand and offer practical support. This is our chance to serve together as the hands and feet of Jesus—showing up with love, encouragement, and generosity.
And in between those moments of service and stillness, you’ll also get to enjoy the full Bali experience—together:
Massages that restore and renew
A visit with elephants for connection and awe
ATV rides through the jungle for wild, unforgettable fun
Hiking to breathtaking natural landmarks
Peaceful time on Bali’s world-renowned beaches
And daily HYROX-inspired workouts to strengthen your body as we strengthen our faith
Because this isn’t just a vacation.
It’s a movement.
To serve. To grow. To go into all the world and carry the light of Jesus—wherever He leads.
Dolomites - September 2026
Why Dolomites?
The Italian Dolomites are a sanctuary of stillness and wonder—where dramatic peaks rise into the heavens, glacier-fed lakes shimmer in turquoise hues, and every trail leads to a deeper sense of awe. This retreat is more than just an escape—it's an invitation to strengthen your body, quiet your soul, and serve with purpose, all while immersed in one of Europe’s most breathtaking landscapes.
Our days will be filled with movement and meaning. You’ll hike through alpine valleys and ancient forests, pausing at glacier lakes that reflect the sky. We'll gather for strength and mobility sessions outdoors, breathing in the crisp mountain air as we move with intention and gratitude.
In the kitchen, you’ll learn from real-life Italian nonnas—women who have cooked for generations using recipes passed down through love and tradition. Together, we’ll create and enjoy meals that reflect the heart of northern Italy, paired with local mountain-grown wines that tell their own story.
We’ll venture beyond the mountains for a curated day trip to the magical city of Venice—exploring its winding canals, sacred architecture, and vibrant culture. Closer to home, we’ll dive into the rich history of the region, visiting Orthodox churches and small museums that offer a glimpse into the spiritual and cultural tapestry of the Alps.
And as with all we do, this retreat is rooted in mission. We’ll spend time serving local communities—offering practical help and sharing the love of Jesus in a region that blends tradition, beauty, and quiet need. Through both stillness and service, we’ll experience how faith flourishes when we give it space to move and grow.
This is more than a trip. It’s a pilgrimage of strength, sisterhood, and sacred rest—set in the heart of the Italian mountains.

Why Tulum?
Tulum is a breathtaking destination where the beauty of turquoise beaches and lush jungles creates the perfect setting for renewal. One of the highlights of our retreat is the Tulum Jungle Gym—an open-air, jungle-surrounded fitness space where we’ll engage in 3-4 weight and functional training sessions designed to challenge our bodies and refresh our spirits.
But this retreat is about more than fitness and relaxation. It’s deeply mission-focused. Together, we’ll volunteer at a local children’s center, helping to feed, teach, and share the love of Jesus with the kids. Serving side by side with other women in community adds depth and purpose to our journey, reminding us that faith grows best when lived out in love and action.
In between moments of service and movement, we’ll enjoy unforgettable experiences like sunset horseback riding on the beach, a scenic Riviera Maya boat day, and a hands-on cooking class that connects us with local flavors and culture. Of course, peaceful time on Tulum’s stunning beaches will offer space to be still, worship, and soak in God’s presence.
This retreat invites you to build strength, serve with heart, and rest deeply—all while surrounded by a community of women walking this journey together.
